Obama is the democratic Nominee. Hurray.
It is a historic year for American politics... ...
But I don't have that informed of an opinion on all this. I privately reveled a bit when Hill-dog finally caved in, maybe because I hate women, I don't know.
But between Obama and McCain (whose name merits a series of 22-minute action-packed television episodes, with car chases and explosions), I don't have a favorite. I will say this: the campaigns thus far only resemble politicking as usual, for all of this hoopla about times changing and signs of Aquarius and whatever.

I haven't adjusted yet.. but don't really anticipate problems. Driving for me is currently an issue because more rural locations in America (i.e. everywhere in Iowa) have shitty public transportation systems. That said, I intend to move out-of-state to a much larger city location after finishing with school, and at that point I can either take advantage of public transportation or afford some pricier alternative-fuel car that will have been developed.

Anyways, I voted for Obama because I am a young person and young people like Obama. I would have only liked him more if I were a woman.

Christmas, how was yours?
I just got a bunch of Wii things here and there, and some clothes. That's all I really wanted!
And Christmas was okay I guess. I had to spend time with some relatives that I don't really like, and one of them took my bed, but other than that it was pretty nice.

And yes prexus, I'm looking for Bomberman... although I'm not sure how many cool bomb types he could do. But they did make a moveset for a rodent that just spins a bunch, so what the heck.

Since I'm on winter break, I spend a lot of time catching up on books I want to read and Wii video games that I want to play. So far I've only had time for the original Paper Mario and for SMG, though! I stay busy with a bunch of other work here and there, so I'm not lagging behind when classes resume...
